Senior Business Development Executive - Freight

ZAJEL is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive – Freight to drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, retention, and key account management. You will mentor junior team members, support the overall sales strategy, and ensure market positioning through consistent revenue performance and customer satisfaction.
المسؤوليات
- Achievement of Sales Target and Key Account Management
- Take ownership of strategic or high-value clients ensuring long-term retention
- Generate, maintain and monitor a robust sales pipeline
- Build and optimize sustainable and profitable relationships with potential clients
- Coordinate and send proposals and tender submissions
- Identify key decision makers to promote and sell company products
- Contribute to sales forecasting, target segmentation, and market mapping
- Assist the sales manager in the development of the sales strategy
- Liaise with Operations, Finance, IT and Customer Service teams
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or High School with more than 3 years of combined experience
- Air, Sea and Land freight experience
