HR Executive

A proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with prior experience in a contracting or construction environment is needed to manage end-to-end HR operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience handling site-based manpower, employee relations, and full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government systems.
المسؤوليات
- Coordinate recruitment for site and office staff including engineers, technicians, laborers, and support personnel.
- Manage onboarding, mobilization, and demobilization of site employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, manpower databases, and site-wise headcount reports.
- Manage attendance, leaves, overtime, and timesheets for site staff.
- Handle employee records and transactions through Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher, and Mudad.
- Manage Iqama issuance, renewal, transfers, visa processing, and exit formalities.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal HR policies.
- Address HR issues for both site and office employees.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in a contracting or construction company.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government portals.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Proven ability to manage both blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
