Payroll Specialist

Unilever is looking for a Payroll Specialist to execute accurate and timely payroll processes. The role includes managing end-to-end delivery of payroll for over 1000 employees and ensuring performance meets quality and statutory standards.
المسؤوليات
- Manage full end to end delivery of payroll
- Collect required payroll inputs including timesheet data
- Review and approve final payroll results
- Ensure governance controls and validations are executed
- Calculate and settle final dues according to regulations
- Ensure accurate reflection of master data into payroll system
- Address employee questions about pay and benefits
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of pensions and statutory matters (tax and social security)
- Working knowledge of HRIS and financial systems – Workday and SAP
