Assistant Manager - Residential Marketing

The Associate Marketing Manager supports the execution of residential marketing initiatives across Red Sea Global’s portfolio of luxury developments. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is execution-focused, supporting delivery of campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and sales collateral.
المسؤوليات
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Coordinate production of marketing collateral
- Support lead generation activities
- Deliver residential events and private viewings
- Manage creative, digital, PR, and media agencies
- Assist with budget tracking and campaign reporting
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
- 4–6 years’ experience in marketing roles, ideally within luxury real estate or hospitality
- Exposure to CRM systems and lead generation
