Lead end-to-end HR and payroll operations for a workforce of 500+ employees. Strong capability to manage the PRO function/department.
المسؤوليات
- Manage full HR operations for staff and labor
- Own payroll end-to-end and ensure WPS compliance
- Manage medical insurance enrollment
- Lead and manage the PRO department
- Manage labor accommodation and transportation coordination
المؤهلات
- Minimum 8+ years UAE experience in HR and Payroll
- Proven experience managing 500+ employees
- Construction/contracting industry experience
