Conference Production Executive - 3 month contract

The Conference Production Executive will be required to speak to expert speakers from all over the world, and sell the unique opportunity to showcase their knowledge and expertise at Tahaluf events. They will also be responsible for managing the speakers and order of the show on-site at the event.
المسؤوليات
- Produce high-level industry conference programs
- Manage competitions and create interactive experiences
- Liaise with key professionals and institutions
- Research topics with industry professionals
- Engage with recommended speakers and confirm attendance
- Update speaker database
- Assist with on-site duties during events
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in conference production
- Excellent presentation skills and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong Excel capabilities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong research capabilities
- Demonstrable copywriting skills
