Ensure proactive talent supply-demand alignment. Optimize recruitment workflows and candidate assessment frameworks. Lead full-cycle talent acquisition. Design a competency-based training ecosystem and curriculum matrix. Deliver targeted skill development programs. Measure training ROI. Leverage HR analytics to monitor KPIs such as time-to-hire. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions. Partner with business and IT to digitize HR workflows.
