Opella is seeking a P&C Associate to support workforce analytics, business partnering, and talent projects within the AMET Zone. This role helps drive P&C programs to enhance employee experience.
المسؤوليات
- Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights on workforce trends
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership
- Support business partnering with AMET Country heads
- Assist in execution of recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development projects
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Ideally a graduate with 2 or 3 years experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
