We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive UX/UI Designer with proven experience in end-to-end design processes for digital banking or enterprise-scale products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, and AI-driven design tools, and a strong understanding of screen design versioning, asset management, and resource consolidation through tools like Zeplin.

- Lead and contribute to the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across mobile and web banking channels
- Translate user stories and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Manage screen handover to development teams using tools like Zeplin
- Drive design system consistency by consolidating approved screens, components, and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment
