Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory to assure continuity of customer operations. Performs work on financial/ATM products, workstations, POS systems, and kiosks. Represents NCR in a professional manner and builds working relationships with customers.
المسؤوليات
- Perform installation and repair of Tier I equipment
- Provide second line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks
- Assist in site preparation and equipment staging
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate as necessary
- Perform periodic preventative maintenance
- Maintain parts inventory and record keeping
- Report activity and expenses accurately
المؤهلات
- Valid driving license
- Experience on Windows operating systems
- Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field
- Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support
- CCNA preferred
