  • Schedule appointments and manage travel schedules
  • Maintain files and confidential records
  • Coordinate meetings and teleconferences
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Provide back-up support materials to manager
  • Track department and employee data for reports
  • Coordinate facility needs and procure supplies
  • Liaise with Vendors, AR, Purchasing and Finance
