The Head of Country, UAE will serve as the senior-most leader responsible for the establishment, management, and commercial success of our UAE entity. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, regulatory understanding, and the ability to drive growth through client relationships, partnerships, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will act as the local face of Interpolitan while aligning with global strategy.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the Dubai office, ensuring compliance with DFSA - DIFC requirements
- Serve as the principal liaison with regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders
- Build and execute a local business development strategy
- Identify local partnership opportunities with banks, legal, and fintech providers
- Establish and maintain internal controls, reporting, and governance standards
- Oversee client onboarding, compliance, and operational processes
- Hire, mentor, and lead a local high-performing team
المؤهلات
- 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or related sectors
- Proven track record of business development and revenue generation
- Strong understanding of DFSA financial regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in liaising with regulators, auditors, and legal authorities
- Ability to build and scale teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills
