Our client, a prominent business conglomerate, is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage joint ventures in the industrial and energy sectors across Saudi Arabia. This role requires deep industry expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to drive long-term value creation across a diversified portfolio.
المسؤوليات
- Conduct comprehensive financial evaluation of investment and joint venture opportunities
- Prepare and deliver monthly reviews of joint venture financial performance
- Participate in board meetings and conduct daily reviews of joint venture operations
- Conduct market surveys and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Audit joint venture operations and conduct financial analysis
- Identify and evaluate potential joint venture opportunities in the manufacturing sector
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with an MBA in Finance
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in portfolio management, corporate finance, or investment management
- Proven track record in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas sectors
- Must have previously formed or managed at least one joint venture or merger & acquisition
