We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Engineer for our software engineering team to provide technical leadership and ownership across our platform, infrastructure, and DevOps practices. This role is hands-on and execution-focused.
المسؤوليات
- Act as the technical lead for platform, DevOps, and infrastructure initiatives
- Drive architectural decisions and technical standards
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews
- Design and evolve scalable, high-performance, and secure systems
- Define and enforce engineering best practices
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC)
- Ensure secure coding practices and oversee infrastructure security
- Support compliance efforts and security incident response
المؤهلات
- Strong experience in a technical lead, senior engineer, platform engineer, or DevOps lead role
- Strong experience with Node.js, Laravel / PHP, Python, and Angular
- Strong DevOps expertise including AWS CLI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Terraform
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and security best practices
- Foundation in application security and secure coding principles
