Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Saint Laurent Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst on behalf of a client to support testing for a large, public-facing government website. This is a fully remote, Canada-based role offered on a part-time, contract, or project basis. You will ensure high quality, accessibility, performance, and usability across web and mobile platforms, working closely with product and development teams.

- Perform manual, functional, regression, and compatibility testing across web and mobile applications
- Conduct cross-browser, cross-device, and screen-size testing
- Execute accessibility testing to maintain WCAG compliance
- Assist with performance, usability, and user experience (UX) testing
- Support AI ethics testing and other emerging quality standards
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation
- Identify, document, and track defects using ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)
- Support test automation efforts where applicable
المؤهلات
- 3+ years of experience in QA or software/website testing
- Experience working with public sector or government-facing projects
- Strong expertise in functional, regression, accessibility, performance, compatibility, usability/UX, AI ethics, and test automation testing
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)
- Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
