- Perform in-process quality checks
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation meet HACCP/GMP standards
- Maintain production logs and documentation
- Troubleshoot quality issues with production teams
- Conduct regular inspections and audits
المؤهلات
- Experience in QC/QA within chocolate, bakery, or nutritional supplement industries
- Certifications in ISO 9001 or HACCP preferred
