As a Solution architect, you'll serve as the technical liaison between the sales team and prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to understand client needs and demonstrate how the company's CPaaS/SaaS solutions can address those needs effectively. The role involves crafting tailored solutions and delivering compelling demonstrations.
المسؤوليات
- Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements
- Present tailored solutions leveraging CPaaS/SaaS and AI offerings
- Analyze customer needs and design solutions for integration with existing systems
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP responses
- Work closely with product management to relay customer feedback
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
- Extensive experience in crafting impactful use cases and customer journeys
- Full-cycle SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients
- Solid technical background with proficiency in programming/scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Java)
