This role leads the relationship with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for the connected industrial business, developing and executing account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Lead the relationship with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Regularly engage with executive-level stakeholders
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, project and after-market support
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
  • Understand customer pain points related to connected industrial solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to educate customers
  • Monitor account performance and key metrics
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain customer records

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in key account management or sales within the industrial sector
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving growth in IT/OT technologies
