Build Station is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in architectural and technical lighting projects. The role focuses on managing specifications and converting opportunities into executed projects.
المسؤوليات
- Manage and grow architectural and technical lighting projects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Leverage relationships with consultants and contractors
- Understand project specifications and promote value engineering
- Coordinate technical submittals and secure approvals
- Lead pricing strategy and negotiations
المؤهلات
- 3–5+ years of experience managing lighting projects in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
