Leading tax compliance and strategy in an international environment for a high-speed rail joint venture. The role manages local and international tax matters, ensuring accurate reporting and effective cost reimbursement from clients.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee corporate tax compliance and reporting for the Egyptian SPV
- Advise on local Egyptian taxes (corporate income, VAT, WHT, etc.)
- Manage international tax matters, including transfer pricing
- Ensure proper tax handling for seconded staff
- Support financial closings and statutory audits
- Liaise with external advisors and tax authorities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a focus on tax
- 6+ years’ experience in tax management for multinational companies
