Senior Compensation Consulting Analyst

Coordinate and review client data; provide client support by engaging in routine contact with clients and vendors; analyze qualitative and quantitative information by identifying trends and issues from information gained during focus groups, interviews, and meetings/research.

- Coordinate and review client data
- Provide client support by engaging in routine contact with clients and vendors
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative information by identifying trends and issues
- Conduct research on human capital topics and relevant industries
- Review RFPs and develop proposals
- Attend meetings and propose optimal project scope and approach
- Participate in Business Development activities including scheduling and attending pitch meetings
- Provide support to Consultants and Project Managers
- Assist in preparing client presentations/reports
المؤهلات
- 2 – 5 years of experience ideally gained working in Rewards functions
- Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or any relevant Major
- Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- CIPD preferred
