The IT Business Partner (ITBP) serves as the strategic interface between the IT department and business units within the organization. This role is responsible for understanding the business needs, shaping IT strategy, and ensuring that IT services and solutions align with the business goals.
المسؤوليات
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and objectives
- Translate business needs into IT requirements and ensure alignment with the overall IT strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and assigned business units
- Partner with business and IT teams to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions
- Lead change management efforts related to IT initiatives within business units
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT or business roles
- Proven experience in CX (CRM / Marketing) and SAP
