We are a fast-growing, reputable real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in residential and off-plan properties. With a strong market presence and an ambitious growth strategy, we are expanding our team and seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive partnerships, revenue, and market expansion. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding our business by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships (developers, investors, corporate clients), and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role requires strong market knowledge of Dubai real estate, excellent relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset.

المسؤوليات

  • Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities within the Dubai real estate market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, landlords, and key stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships, exclusive listings, and corporate agreements
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent the company at networking events, property launches, and industry exhibitions
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within Dubai real estate
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and closing high-value deals
  • Strong network within the UAE real estate industry (developers, brokers, investors)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of Dubai property market, off-plan and secondary sales
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • RERA certification is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
