We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to prospect, list, and sell/rent residential and commercial properties across Dubai. You will provide expert guidance to clients throughout the process and stay updated on market trends and developer launches.

- Prospect, list, and sell/rent residential and commercial properties
- Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and cold calling
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Stay up to date on current property listings and market trends
- Prepare and manage marketing content for listings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare necessary documentation (Form A, Form B, tenancy contracts) in line with RERA
- Meet monthly sales/rental targets
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in real estate (Dubai market experience preferred but not essential)
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
- Fluent English
- 3 years UAE Real Estate experience (Preferred)
