المسؤوليات
- Ensure effective cascading of the Sales strategy into business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies and business plans
- Contribute to the preparation of the Sales’ budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines
- Manage and ensure effective implementation of set policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the Sales function
- Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices
- Manage the timely and accurate preparation of periodical management and progress reports
- Work on complex administrative processes and databases to develop and test administrative procedures
- Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions
- Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends
- Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues
- Provide specialized training or coaching to others throughout the organization in area of expertise
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in Sales or relevant field
- KA management planning & execution
- FMCG – Beverage experince
- Proven Market knowledge (Key retailers)
