Payroll Compliance Specialist

The Payroll Compliance Specialist ensures adherence to legal guidelines and internal policies related to employee requests and benefits within the payroll domain. They provide support across multiple Business Units in different countries.

المسؤوليات

  • Review and validate payroll for employees across multiple countries
  • Validate HR requests related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and salary changes
  • Ensure documentation and approvals align with the delegation of authority
  • Regularly review and verify employee data in HR and payroll systems
  • Coordinate with the Payroll team to resolve issues
  • Stay informed on country-specific regulations
  • Review final settlements
  • Support internal and external audits

المؤهلات

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HC Compensation & Benefits or Payroll
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, human resources, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Quick learner with ability to manage high-stress situations
