The Finance & Accounting (F&A) Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and strong internal control systems.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and supervise all day‑to‑day accounting activities
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing activities
- Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Implement and monitor compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital
- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team
- Act as a key business partner to senior management providing financial insights
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional certifications preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or similar)
- Typically 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, including managerial responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is highly valued
