We are supporting a private equity-backed services platform undergoing a period of accelerated growth, driven by acquisitions and operational transformation. This is a highly visible role working directly with senior leadership and investors.
المسؤوليات
- Lead end-to-end post-merger integration execution across multiple acquisitions
- Design, implement and scale PMO structures across functional workstreams
- Drive transformation roadmaps aligned to value creation plans
- Establish governance, reporting cadence and KPI tracking
- Act as the connective tissue between portfolio leadership and functional teams
- Identify execution risks early and drive pragmatic problem solving
المؤهلات
- Strong track record working in private equity-backed businesses
- Proven delivery of integration programmes in buy-and-build environments
- Experience standing up or scaling PMOs
- Fluent German and Strong English
