The role involves achieving operational excellence across all aspects of the business, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and exceeding performance expectations for Ezdaher Finance Company, KSA.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with the executive team to execute strategic plans
- Lead and inspire a diverse team
- Develop policies and procedures that align with Shariah principles
- Establish performance metrics and benchmarks
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a VP Operations or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams
