The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations of a real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance with IFRS, managing budgeting, project costs, and supporting strategic decision-making.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Oversee accounting for real estate development projects
- Manage escrow accounts and project cash flow
- Develop and strengthen financial internal controls
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certification: ACCA, CMA, CPA, or SOCPA preferred
- 8–12 years of finance experience
- At least 3–5 years within real estate or property development
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Proficiency in ERP systems
