Finance Manager - Managed Services Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for their engagement teams within the Finance Service Tower, delivering Finance Managed Services to clients. This includes execution of processes, accountability for performance, and continuous improvement.
المسؤوليات
- Manage day-to-day delivery for Finance engagements
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions (P2P, R2R, O2C)
- Complete quality reviews and audits to ensure compliance
- Hold accountability for SLA / OLA compliance
- Monitor performance of team members and implement coaching
- Proactively build relationships with client teams
- Implement corrective actions to address deviations
- Define and track KPIs for finance operations
المؤهلات
- Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 8+ years' experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting
- 3+ years people management experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Insurance/Reinsurance accounting is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent (Master's preferred)
- Certifications like ACA, ACCA, CIMA are advantageous
