Chef de Cuisine - Banquet

The Chef de Cuisine will assume full responsibility of all related operational, administrative, and financial aspects for the culinary operation of the Banqueting, Outside Catering & Room Service.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee culinary aspects of Banqueting, Outside Catering & Room Service
- Create synergy between Main Kitchen and other kitchens
- Coordinate service flow and set ups of events
- Review menus regarding food cost and seasonality
- Ensure plating guides are followed
- Develop new Banquet and In Room Dining menus
- Train and schedule all colleagues
- Monitor monthly P&L and food cost
- Oversee food safety standards and administration
