Playa Bowls is New Jersey’s Original Acai Shop™. As the Store Manager, you will be doing a variety of tasks from training new employees to strategically resolving problems. We want a positive, enthusiastic people-person with a passion for healthy living.
المسؤوليات
- Ensure consistency, palatability, and quality of products
- Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality and service
- Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries
- Monitor food preparation methods and portion sizes
- Schedule staff hours and assign duties
- Review work procedures to improve service or safety
- Maintain food and equipment inventories
- Organize and direct worker training programs
- Utilize point of sale cash register
المؤهلات
- Previous Managerial Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of Supply Chain
- Communication and Active Listening Skills
- Critical Thinking
