Head of Media (Remote from Croatia)

We are seeking a dynamic media leader who can combine creative vision with strategic execution to elevate the organization’s online presence. You will lead a talented, cross-functional media team, collaborate with marketing and partnerships, and develop innovative content franchises that resonate with diverse audiences.
المسؤوليات
- Develop recurring online content franchises including series and shows
- Lead and grow a media team of editors, videographers, and storytellers
- Expand the organization’s presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Manage editorial calendars and growth targets
- Serve as the brand’s voice on social platforms
- Drive social brainstorming sessions and creative sprints
- Collaborate with partners, creators, and influencers
- Analyze performance metrics and report on media impact
المؤهلات
- Strong alignment with organizational values
- Exceptional English proficiency (CEFR Level C2)
- Hands-on experience in ideating, scripting, shooting, and posting content
- Proven track record growing social channels and media properties
- Excellent storytelling and creative judgment
- Ability to pitch ideas confidently
- Bias toward action and experimentation
- Knowledge of platform-specific content strategies
- Comfortable behind and in front of the camera
