AFFILIATES MANAGEMENT ADVISOR

We are seeking an AFFILIATES MANAGEMENT ADVISOR to join our Eastern Region Fuels Department. Your primary role is to support the management, development, execution, and performance optimization of high-value downstream joint ventures. The ideal candidate will be skilled in profitability improvement, cost optimization, and value realization with strong record of working with joint venture partnerships in the energy industry.
المسؤوليات
- Manage and monitor assigned Joint Ventures
- Represent Aramco in JV Board and Steering Committee forums
- Analyze Board resolutions and provide recommendations
- Oversee JV financial performance and capital expenditures
- Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Draft and negotiate commercial terms of Shareholder Agreements
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance
- Master’s degree in Business/Finance/Management
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Downstream Oil & Gas
