The Talent & Culture Manager at Rosewood AMAALA is responsible for managing the entire spectrum of T&C operations, ensuring seamless execution of people-related strategies across the resort.

المسؤوليات

  • Oversee day-to-day Talent & Culture operations
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of associate records and documentation
  • Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Support recruitment activities and interview coordination
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance matters fairly
  • Promote positive associate relations and inclusive workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law

المؤهلات

  • Minimum 7-8 years of progressive experience in HR / Talent & Culture
  • At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in pre-opening or resort environments preferred
