We are looking for an exceptional Product Development Manager to join our Nadec – Hilton’s Leadership team. This role manages all aspects of the product development process to deliver products and initiatives to market which align with business priorities.
المسؤوليات
- Coordination and leadership of all product development activities and initiatives.
- Active project leadership & communication.
- Coordination and partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion the product lifecycle processes.
- Maintenance and daily utilization of communication tools to track project delivery.
- Coordinate and lead New Product & Process Improvement Projects across Fresh products.
- Manage all aspects of product design & composition (primal, process, ingredients, packaging).
- Coordinate product validation requirements (Shelf Life, Allergen, NIP, Sensory Analysis).
- Maintain launch plans across multiple horizons.
- Support Master Data setup & Capital Expenditure processes.
- Lead the company's vision and values to all employees.
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product Development leadership role/s, managing projects and people.
- Tertiary qualification in Food Science / Food Technology and/or related discipline(s).
- Proven Capability within FMCG fast paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen & Critical decision-making Skills.
- Solid appreciation of Product Development processes & Quality Assurance.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
