Chief Financial Officer / Financial Director

Our client is a French group specializing in safety, compliance, and quality control in the construction sector. The CFO is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the Group's finances in the UAE, overseeing accounting, budgeting, tax, and treasury activities.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and implement the Group's overall financial strategy in the UAE
- Oversee the preparation of monthly reporting, financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Manage relationships with local and Group banks and auditors
- Ensure compliance with local (IFRS, VAT UAE) and international standards
- Assess financial risks and propose mitigation measures
- Actively participate in contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
- Manage, supervise and develop the finance team
المؤهلات
- Higher degree in finance, accounting or management (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in financial management
- Proficiency in IFRS standards and UAE tax regulations
- Fluent English and Arabic
