In this role, you will be responsible for service delivery and people development and be a client focused problem solver with strong analytical and continuous improvement attitude.
المسؤوليات
- Manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs
- Provide exceptional people management +12 FTEs, mentorship and career development
- Drive operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gains
- Flag and escalate business risks timely to the client/supervisor
- Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
المؤهلات
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree with experience in leading teams
- Relevant years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
- Proficient level of English min C1
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
