Real Estate Regulatory & Operations Executive

Responsible for end-to-end management of the project's lifecycle with RERA and DLD, from initial registration through to unit handover and final title deed issuance.
المسؤوليات
- Manage end-to-end process for obtaining Project Sales & Marketing NOC
- Prepare documentation for project registration with RERA and DLD
- Draft Property Development Agreements
- Manage Project Escrow Account
- Generate and register Pre-Title Deeds (Oqood)
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Law
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a real estate regulatory role in UAE
