Corporater is seeking a Support Consultant in Riyadh to be the primary point of contact for customers in the KSA / UAE region. You will provide first-line support on the Corporater GPRC platform, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Collaborate with delivery and product teams
- Document solutions for the knowledge base
- Build relationships with customers through proactive support
المؤهلات
- 2–3 years’ experience in software/application support or consulting
- Background in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Saudi national preferred
