Activation and Sales Ops Manager

The Activation and Sales Ops Manager will be responsible for driving customers onboarding, activation, and operational excellence. This role leads and motivates a high-performing Sales Activation team, sets and monitors KPIs, and ensures the achievement of activation targets.
المسؤوليات
- Analyze and identify gaps within KYC and LMS systems.
- Coordinate card processors for issuance and logistics.
- Liaise with third-party providers for card workflows.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Sales Activation team.
- Set and monitor clear KPIs for the team.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM systems.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on performance.
- Oversee end-to-end customer onboarding.
- Supervise Sales Activation team at booths and field locations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
المؤهلات
- 7 years in sales operations, customer activation, or fintech operations roles or Banking field.
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity leading a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
