Talent Acquisition Specialist - Cyprus based

AKT Global is expanding its team and is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to support our hiring efforts. This is a hands-on role which requires organizational skills and the ability to operate independently and effectively. This position will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent to help drive AKT's growth and success.
المسؤوليات
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer stage
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ensure data integrity and track pipeline metrics in SuccessFactors ATS
- Proactively identify and propose improvements to the existing recruitment process
المؤهلات
- 2+ years of experience of full-cycle Talent Acquisition in global organizations
- Experience in Talent Acquisition processes in consulting / professional services companies is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing and creative candidate attraction strategies
- A relevant degree in Human Resources or equivalent is an advantage
- High level of English (written and verbal) is a must
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Organized, multitasker, capable of taking proactive action
- Detail-oriented and analytical
