- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance
- Personally handle key client accounts and complex negotiations
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry
