Direct and coordinate the human resources management activities of the organization to maximize strategic utilization of human resources including compensation, recruitment, and compliance.
المسؤوليات
- Manage smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs
- Facilitate industrial relations and grievance handling
- Coordinate recruitment and screen candidates for managerial positions
- Oversee performance planning, promotions, and transfers
- Maintain strong public relations with governmental entities
- Participate in the performance management system
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in the same field
- Proficiency in English
