  • Manage smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Develop and coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Facilitate industrial relations and grievance handling
  • Coordinate recruitment and screen candidates for managerial positions
  • Oversee performance planning, promotions, and transfers
  • Maintain strong public relations with governmental entities
  • Participate in the performance management system

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in the same field
  • Proficiency in English
