Architectural Site Engineer (Finishes)

The Architectural Site Engineer (Finishes) is responsible for supervising and executing architectural and finishing works on site, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise architectural execution and finishing works (cladding, flooring, ceilings, painting, etc.)
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and method statements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project standards
- Identify, report, and resolve site-related technical issues
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site procedures
المؤهلات
- Proven experience in architectural execution and finishing works
- Ability to work full-time on site
- High level of commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of finishing materials and installation methods
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
