LightFeather is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead the delivery of federal technology modernization projects. The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of coordination between federal stakeholders, technical teams, and LightFeather leadership, focusing on driving cloud migration, DevSecOps implementation, and platform transformation.

- Lead program delivery for federal IT modernization initiatives
- Implement and facilitate agile methodologies including Scrum ceremonies
- Coordinate development activities across cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps pipelines
- Oversee platform reliability and performance
- Manage compliance and quality assurance including FISMA and FedRAMP standards
- Lead project kickoff sessions and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare and deliver monthly progress reports and executive briefings
- Oversee cloud migration and modernization efforts
المؤهلات
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Public Trust clearance or higher
- Active PMP Certification
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in federal IT environments
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and Scrum facilitation
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and modern architecture patterns
- Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, Section 508)
