We are representing a leading regional consulting and advisory firm in their search for a Partner – Corporate Finance. The successful candidate will lead the advisory practice, focusing on providing strategic financial advice to clients, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, restructuring, and other complex financial transactions.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and manage the Corporate Finance Advisory team
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the advisory business
- Act as a key advisor to clients on M&A, capital raising, and restructuring
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee the execution of complex financial transactions
- Mentor and develop junior team members
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in corporate finance
- Proven experience in a leadership role managing teams
- Extensive experience in business development and acquiring new clients
- Arabic speaker is a must
