Senior Associate - SME Account Management

To ensure that specific BUPA products are sold to retail customers based on leads generated, ensuring that all sales processes are followed to help the Retail Sales business achieve their targets. Track all sales stages from identification of prospect to agreement signature and relation.
المسؤوليات
- Follow set KPI's for number of calls, visits and proposals
- Search for new leads via various sources
- Ensure submitting quotations within department KPI's
- Fulfill Renewal book target
- Track sales stages from identification to agreement
- Ensure premium collection according to Finance policy
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors
- Ensure customer satisfaction during interaction
- Follow up on customer queries requiring cross-departmental interaction
- Conduct regular visits to build relationships with clients
المؤهلات
- Should have good grasp in written and spoken English & Arabic
- Ability to work under pressure
- Drive to perform at high levels
