Emirates Leisure Retail is seeking an HRIS Specialist to manage and enhance their Human Resources Information System, driving automation and data accuracy.
المسؤوليات
- Maintain and configure HR systems for data accuracy
- Identify automation opportunities for HR processes
- Develop dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or Tableau
- Lead HRIS upgrades and troubleshoot system issues
- Train and assist HR and business users
المؤهلات
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration
- Experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, Workday, SAP, or Oracle HCM
- Bilingual: Arabic & English
